	Lenten Meal Volunteers Lenten Meals are every Wednesday starting Ash Wednesday, February 18 through March 25 from 5:00-6:00pm. Help is needed to serve, clean up, and supply treats each week! This is a great way to fellowship and serve at the same time! If you can help, please click “Sign Up Now” to see how you can help!
	2026 Easter Lilies & Spring Flower Sponsor It’s time to fill the church with Easter lilies and Spring flowers for the holiday! You can help by sponsoring a plant for $20. Plants will be available for you to take home after Easter. Deadline is Sunday, March 29
	EXPLORE – New Member Class – March 1 The next New Member EXPLORE class will be held, Sunday, March 1 at 5:30pm. After enjoying a meal together, Pastor and staff will share who FLC is and what opportunities there are for members to learn, serve, and grow together. A tour of the building will also be offered. Sign up by Wednesday, February 25 to reserve a spot for you and/or your family.
	2026 Spring FLC Grief Recovery Support Group Join Deacon Rick Strong for a 13 week Grief Recovery Support Group through Grief Share: Tuesdays from 3:00-4:30pm, March 3 through June 2, at First Lutheran Church
	Red Cross First Lutheran Shelter Team Training Saturday, March 7 \| 8:30am-12:30pm The Red Cross will be conducting the annual training and review for First Lutheran Shelter Team volunteers on Saturday, March 7, from 8:30am-12:30pm. Current and new volunteers are encouraged to attend! Contact Lon & Carol Bohling with questions or if you are interested in volunteering!
	Spoudazo NextGen 2026 Registration Calling all 8th-12th grade youth! Do you have energy and enthusiasm for sharing the Gospel? If so, we’d love to have you be a part of Spoudazo NextGen! Spoudazo NextGen is a music and drama ministry for high school youth with regular rehearsals/small groups starting in May. Camp is July 7-9 from 9:00am-3:00pm and the tour will be July 15-19th with a home concert at FLC on July 26. The cost is $350. Deadline to register is April 30, 2026. 	Volunteer for VBS 2026! July 19-23 Although VBS seems far away, it will be summer before you know it! Preparations have begun for 2026 VBS, the program is Rainforest Falls. If you are interested in helping with VBS this year in any way, please contact Gina or sign up here! Student registration will come out at a later date.
	2026 Sunday Morning Gathering & Altar Flower Sponsors Fellowship is an important part of Sunday mornings. Sharing our faith stories over coffee and donuts helps us grow as the FLC family. The Gathering sponsor helps cover the cost of the refreshments during fellowship time before and after Sunday services. The altar flowers are delivered each week to someone needing a little cheer or celebrating a special event. You will be contacted prior to your week for payment and your special message for the announcements. Call the church office if you need help getting your days reserved. You may include your payment in the offering on Sunday (be sure to designate your payment) or click “Sponsor Payment” to the left and fill out the Miscellaneous Payment section and specify your payment description.
	Snow Removal We all know it will eventually happen…snow will fall on a Sunday morning or Saturday night. We are in need of volunteers to help with keeping the entrances cleared of snow during services on Sundays and Wednesdays. This is a great service opportunity for service groups, families, or individuals. It would involve keeping the entrances cleared and salted after the snow removal company does their initial sweep. You can pick your own dates and sign up for a part or the whole morning! Contact the Church Office if you’re interested or click the button to sign up now!
	Youth & Childrens’ Ministries Registration 2025-26 A new (or updated) registration is required for each child each school year to participate in our Youth & Children’s programs. This assures us that we have the most updated information for your family. Sunday Small Groups (formally known as Sunday School) – PreK-6th Grade (Sundays, 9:40-10:10am) FLY 56 (5th & 6th Grade) – Wednesdays Afterschool, (3:45ish-5:00pm) WAM (K-4th Grade)- Wednesdays, 4-5pm WAM (5th-8th Grade)- Wednesdays, 5:00-5:45pm Confirmation (7th Grade & Up)- Every Other Wednesday, 7:00-8:30pm MS FLYS (7th/8th Grade)- Every Other Wednesday, 7:00-8:30pm HS FLYS (9th-12th Grade)- Wednesdays, 7:00-9:00pm
	Breakfast Club Treats Every Thursday morning, a group gathers to do some jobs around the church and spend fellowship time with coffee and treats. We are looking for people who would be willing to bring treats to serve this group. The treats need to be at the church by 9 am on Thursdays.
	Athletic Shoe Recycling FLC is partnering with a company called gotsneakers? to recycle athletic shoes. Shoes that are badly worn are shredded and the materials are incorporated into new products. Shoes with some life left in them are redistributed to markets in which they will continue to be worn. AND, the gotsneakers? company pays a small amount for shoes that are sent in, no matter how worn out they are! Proceeds will support Spoudazo. Shoes (which must be at least 4.5 inches long) accepted are: running, walking, hiking, court shoes, cleats (rubber only), casual (such as Skechers and Vans). Any brand is acceptable; they do not need to be name-brand shoes. Please leave all insoles and laces intact. Bring your shoe donations to the church. Shoes not accepted are: boots (except hiking), dress shoes, flip flops, sandals, slippers, and water shoes.
