First Lutheran’s council generally meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Council Highlights – May/June
- Authorized the renewal of the church’s property insurance, with some coverage and premium adjustments.
- Authorized strategic planning to begin with a firm named Auxano.
- Authorized some changes and some engineering expenses for possible additional changes to the Mission Center kitchen and Early Learning Center (ELC) spaces.
- Authorized a request of funds from the Endowment Board for ELC changes.
- Approved candidate names received from the Nominating Committee.
